The Slade KY Natural Bridge/Red River Gorge Exit 33 is approximately 47 minutes from Lexington, Kentucky
From I-75 Exit 111 exit onto I-64 East. From I-64 East, Exit 98 onto the Bert T Combs Mountain Parkway.
If you or your guest are flying in for the wedding, please check flights with the Bluegrass Lexington Airport. The airport would be approximately an hour of travel time to Slade, Kentucky Exit 33.
From Lexington, KY to The Slade, KY Exit 33 and other possible stops.
From I-75 Exit 111 onto the I-64 East exchange travel to Exit 98 for the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway (about 16.4 miles from the I- 64/I-75 interchange)
From the Exit 98 you will travel on the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway for 22 miles which will be the Stanton, KY exit, where you may stop for necessary fuel, groceries, gifts, food etc. Please see the page “Things you should know before you arrive”. for more information about the Stanton Exit. If you are not stopping at the Stanton Exit 22, please continue on the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway to the Natural Bridge/Red River Gorge Slade, KY Exit 33 again please see the page “Things you should know before you arrive will help with this exit too!
-Many of the cabin rental companies will be on this Exit 33, or will be within a few miles of the exit. On this exit you will find several gift shops, motels, restaurants and the famous hiking trails of the Natural Bridge State Park. Just off this exit is the Slade Welcome Center and they have great information for any hiking and site seeing adventures. The Jr.Williams Rest Stop is in the same parking area and you may find this an option for wardrobe change before the wedding. You may be another 20 minutes from your ceremony site but the Rest stop will be the only place other than the woodland area to change.

From the Slade Exit 33 you will need to travel back onto the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway and travel to Exit 40 Pine Ridge, KY. This Exit will take you to your ceremony site, please refer to the links to your destination for those directions. This Exit does have fuel, small food restrauant and local art gift shop
